Icon weirdness in IE

I just noticed that some of the icons in wp.com don’t display right in IE. It’s the +/- icon on the right while you’re writng a new post. The icon looks weird when the section is open (that is when the – is showing). Anyone else seeing this?

Hello, can you send me a WordPress.com invite? I’ve used to have a Xanga, but then stopped using it because of its lack of features and customization.

The WYSIWYG editor’s icons don’t display right Not only in IE but also in opera.
