Upload space down to 25MB

hmmm. I could have sworn that when I started the blog I had 100MB of space for uploads. I just notice this is down to 25MB. 
That’s not much room for photos. I wonder if anyone else has seen this?

I just registered on 9/6 and it was 25MB For me when I started. I imagine any photos I’ll be posting will be hosted on my Flickr account.

but there is no theme editor to add the scripts on the sidebar frame.
